What I need built • A fast, secure WordPress installation using a modern, mobile-first premium theme (Elementor- or Gutenberg-ready). • The full set of standard pages—About Us, Services, Contact Us—plus a flexible, well-structured homepage that highlights the latest articles alongside clear calls-to-action for our services. • Magazine functionality: article categories that I can add or edit anytime, a prominent newsletter signup (Mailchimp, Sendinblue or similar), and seamless social-media share/follow integration. Key expectations • Clean, on-brand design that matches our existing logo and color palette (will be provided). • Easy back-end editing so my team can publish new pieces without touching code. • Performance optimisation, basic on-page SEO setup, and security hardening. • Delivery of a short hand-off video or screen share showing how to add pages, create categories, and manage the newsletter list.
