I need a PowerApps Portal that lets customers open quality-related claims and guides each ticket through our internal approval chain. When a customer signs in, the app must force entry of every mandatory field—Product details, Issue description, Purchase date, Tag number and Rejection SQM—before a claim can be saved. Once submitted, the claim lands in the “Claim Admin” queue. From there I choose either “Send for Approval” or “Send for Technical Visit.” • If sent for approval, the approver receives an email alert, reviews the case and closes it by entering a Reveal Number. An automated email then notifies the claim admin of the decision. • If routed to the technical team, they receive their own email, add comments or upload a visit report, and pass the ticket on. That hand-off triggers another email to the approver, who again finishes the cycle with a Reveal Number and closure notice to admin. Please build this entirely in PowerApps Portal using Dataverse as the data store and Power Automate for every email or status update so the process stays fully traceable. The finished app must include: 1. Responsive portal pages for external customers and an internal dashboard for admins/approvers/technicians. 2. Role-based security keeping customer data private while exposing relevant actions to each internal role. 3. Automated emails at each step, pulling claim reference, status and deep-linking back to the exact record. 4. Audit history for edits, approvals and reveal numbers. Hand-over is complete when I can test drive the flow end-to-end with sample data and see all emails arrive in real time.
