I’m ready to commission a complete, production-ready Portable Fuel Merchandising System that covers the entire operational and commercial cycle of tanker-based fuel sales. The scope spans three tightly-integrated components: • An Android application that gives drivers Tanker location tracking, handles Fuel transaction processing at the point of delivery, maintains on-board Inventory management, and is lightweight enough for true Portability of solution even in low-connectivity areas. • A cloud-hosted back-end (your choice of proven stack—AWS, Azure, GCP or equivalent) that exposes secure REST or GraphQL APIs, performs real-time reconciliation of every sale, and stores all logistics and financial data with audit-grade reliability. • A web dashboard for my operations team where we can configure tankers, view live positions on a map, monitor stock levels, drill into individual transactions, and export reports for accounting. You’ll take the lead on system architecture, UI/UX, iterative development, QA, and deployment. Clean, well-documented code, automated tests, and CI/CD pipelines are expected so we can scale the fleet quickly without regressions. On successful delivery we will move straight into a long-term support and feature-enhancement phase, so I’m looking for a partner who writes sustainable code and communicates proactively throughout the build.
