Point Cloud (LGS) to Simulation-Ready 3D Models (GLB, FBX or OBJ), Asset Metadata Needed Too

I have detailed laser-scan data in E57 and LGS format covering a 600 m × 1 000 m area, including tank farms, jetty and truck-loading facility. From that point cloud I need clean, medium-LOD 3D geometry of all process assets—tanks, pipes, valves, pumps, loading arms, control panels and any other unique equipment—exported as GLB, FBX or OBJ, so I can drop them directly into a Unity simulation. The models must keep real-world scale and orientation, and every object you create needs a clear, consistent naming convention that matches our P&ID tags. Alongside the geometry, deliver a spreadsheet (CSV or XLSX) containing for each asset: 1. Tag/ID 2. Object type 3. XYZ coordinates (model origin) 4. Bounding dimensions 5. Any notes pulled from the scans or P&ID I will supply: 1. Original E57/LGS files 2. Existing P&ID PDFs 3. Coordinate grid reference You will: 1. Remote into my PC to conduct the work, so the files stay on my premise. 2. Cover all software you need to use and install the software in the appointed remote PC mentioned above. 3. Reconstruct PCD geometry to medium detail—enough for accurate collisions and visual recognition in Unity without excessive poly count. Specifically, I want to know how the process may be automated for it to be more efficient. 4. Apply basic UVs and neutral materials so assets can be re-textured later. 5. Export the full scene and separate asset files in GLB, FBX or OBJ. 6. Produce the metadata spreadsheet described above. Acceptance criteria: 1. Models import into the latest Unity release with correct scale and pivot positions. 2. Spreadsheet IDs match the object names in the 3D files one-for-one. 3. Average triangle density reflects a balanced, medium LOD (no needless subdivision). 4. Spot checks against the point cloud show positional deviation under 3 cm. Timeline: Up to 2 months.
