I need a one-off exhibition display piece fabricated from plastic, finished and ready to showcase. The final model should stand somewhere between 1 and 3 feet tall (or wide), sturdy enough to handle frequent handling yet eye-catching on a tradeshow table. Scope • Translate my concept sketches and basic measurements into production-ready files. • Produce the physical piece in the material best suited to the design—vac-formed sheets, 3D-printed parts, or CNC-cut acrylic are all acceptable as long as the surface is smooth and professional. • Assemble, sand, prime, and paint or vinyl-wrap the model so it arrives presentation-ready with no visible layer lines or glue marks. • Package and ship the finished model to me without damage. What I will supply • Rough drawings with key dimensions. • Brand colors, logo files, and any text that needs to appear on the model. What I expect from you • Advice on wall thickness, joining methods, and finishing approaches to keep the model lightweight yet robust. • Regular photo updates at key milestones—layout approval, first print/cut, test fit, and final finish. • A short hand-off note listing materials used and touch-up paint codes in case I need future repairs. If you have experience producing medium-sized plastic prototypes or display pieces for exhibitions and can meet a mid-range budget, I’d love to see examples of similar work and hear your proposed timeline.
