Role Overview We’re looking for a strong PHP Laravel Developer who can design, build, and optimize backend APIs and business logic for the Opland ERP modules. You’ll work closely with front-end, mobile, and integration teams to deliver scalable, secure, and well-documented REST APIs. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend logic using Laravel / Lumen framework. Integrate ERP modules with SAP, SuccessFactors, AWS, Azure, and other third-party APIs. Design and implement modular backend components for HR, Payroll, Attendance, and Finance modules. Optimize performance, scalability, and security of API endpoints. Implement authentication & authorization (JWT, OAuth2, SSO) for user access control. Collaborate with UI/UX, DevOps, and Database teams to deliver cohesive solutions. Work with MySQL / PostgreSQL and create efficient data models and stored procedures. Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices (SOLID, MVC). Participate in code reviews, deployment, and continuous integration. Build API documentation (Swagger / Postman) and version control via Git / Azure Repos. Required Skills 3–8 years of professional experience in PHP (Laravel / Lumen Framework). Strong in RESTful API design, microservices, and backend architecture. Proficiency in MySQL / PostgreSQL / database optimization. Familiarity with API integrations (e.g., payment gateways, ERP/HR systems, 3rd-party tools). Working knowledge of Git, Composer, Nginx/Apache, and Linux environments. Experience in API authentication (JWT / OAuth2) and middleware development. Solid understanding of queues, jobs, and event-driven systems in Laravel. Hands-on experience with AWS S3, EC2, Lambda, or similar cloud environments preferred. Good debugging and problem-solving skills. Good to Have Experience integrating with SAP (HCM / S/4HANA) or other ERP platforms. Exposure to React / React Native / Flutter backend integrations. Familiarity with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Docker). Basic understanding of AI or analytics integration would be a plus.
