I want to see both the exterior façade and the complete interior, rendered with true-to-life materials, lighting, and textures. Think of something that feels ready for a marketing brochure or a virtual walk-through, not just a schematic outline. Speed matters—I would like the first draft as soon as realistically possible, with revisions turned around quickly afterward so the entire project can wrap up without delay. You are free to use the tools you are most comfortable with (Blender, 3ds Max + V-Ray, Lumion, or similar) as long as the final quality meets a high photographic standard. To keep us aligned, here is what I expect at hand-over: • High-resolution stills of every key exterior angle. • Interior renders that clearly showcase each room, including accurate lighting and materials. • The native 3D project files plus exported formats (.fbx or .obj) so I can revisit or repurpose the model later.
