I’m happy to discuss specific accent palettes once we begin, but the emphasis should be on clean lines, abundant natural-light simulation, and clear way-finding cues. Deliverables 1. Detailed 3D models of exterior and listed interior spaces (native file + exchange format). 2. High-resolution, photoreal still renders from multiple angles for each space. 3. A short fly-through or turntable animation is a welcome bonus if it can be produced within the same workflow. Expectations • Accurate medical-facility proportions (ceiling heights, corridor widths, equipment clearances). • Materials, lighting, and furniture selections that reflect real-world products. • Iterative reviews: one concept pass, one revision round, and a final polish pass before hand-off.
