Pharma Diagnostics SEO

Customer: AI | Published: 15.03.2026

I run a hybrid site: a customised WordPress catalogue that holds roughly half-a-million pharma products with detailed descriptions, and a Laravel section that serves 1,800 diagnostic tests across about 100 cities. Both pull from a MariaDB back-end and render through straightforward Core CSS / Tailwind CSS templates. I now want the on-page SEO foundations tightened and scaled. The immediate focus is twofold: • Keyword optimisation that respects the huge number of product and city/test permutations without creating cannibalisation or thin content. • Solid meta titles and descriptions generated or refined so every product page and every city-specific diagnostics page is uniquely targeted and ready for rich-snippet eligibility. The WordPress side already stores most product attributes; the Laravel module can expose structured data through Blade views. I’m looking for someone who has proven experience handling very large catalogues, understands dynamic template logic for meta elements, and can leave me with a repeatable method (functions, bulk-upload sheets, or API scripts) to keep things optimised as the database grows. If you have tackled comparable high-volume projects and can show clear results, let’s talk. At no point in time, website credentials will be shared with freelancers. Resource would always be required to work at company’s virtual machine using UltraViewer.
