I’m preparing to release a mobile app that delivers my aquaculture cultivation and culture videos exclusively to paying viewers. The app must go live on both iOS and Android at the same time. Core flow • A user signs up with their phone number, receives an OTP, and completes a quick profile. • They purchase access (first payment) and immediately unlock the first video. • Each subsequent video appears only after the prior payment has been processed, so the content is consumed—and paid for—in sequence. Key requirement Subscription management is my top priority: recurring billing, plan upgrades or downgrades, and a clear dashboard for users to see what they have purchased and what’s next in the series. If you have an elegant way to marry that with smooth video delivery, even better. What I need from you • End-to-end build for both iOS and Android using a single codebase if possible (React Native, Flutter, or a similar cross-platform stack are fine by me). • Secure phone-number/OTP authentication. • Payment gateway integration that supports pay-per-video and can scale to subscription bundles later. • A lightweight admin panel where I can upload new videos, set prices, and view subscriber metrics. • Submission to both App Store and Google Play, with basic ASO in place so the app is ready for public download. Acceptance criteria • A user can install the app on iOS or Android, register with OTP, pay, and watch the first video without errors. • Subsequent videos remain locked until payment is confirmed. • All payments appear correctly in the admin panel. • The build passes App Store and Google Play review.
