I want to lift the conversion rate of my online store by zeroing-in on the checkout flow. The front end is performing well, but too many visitors drop off between cart and confirmation. You’ll be given access to detailed GA4 and woocommerce analytics dashboards, so you can see exactly where friction appears. The job is straightforward: turn those insights into a clear optimisation plan and then guide (or implement, if you have the skills) split-tests that remove the friction. I’m open to new payment gateways, UX tweaks, or full funnel restructuring—whatever the data supports—provided every suggestion is backed by an expected uplift and a simple measurement method. Deliverables: • Diagnosis report summarising current bottlenecks, with supporting metrics. • Prioritised test roadmap (ICE or similar scoring). • Wireframes or annotated screenshots for each proposed change. • Post-test analysis showing impact on overall checkout completion. All assets sit in wordpress ; we currently use Google Optimize and Klaviyo, so familiarity with those tools is a plus. Clear, data-driven communication and documented results will be the key to success here.
