I'm looking for a proficient Jotform developer who can create an online registration form for me. The form will need to collect various pieces of information and connect to a payment gateway for payment processing. Individual participants will fill up the form to register for an event, register for activities, provide personal details (name, number, travel dates, flight numbers, etc.) Details to be collected: - Name and Contact details - Event Preferences (dates) - Flight Details - Transfer Dropoff and Pickup Details - Guest contact number Number - The form should generate an auto reference number for each participant - Needs to be able to generate reports of all data separately (i.e arrival departure dates of the participants). - Form needs to calculate costs of services chosen. - Form needs to generate an Invoice based on the chosen items - A payment link should be integrated with the invoice - A receipt should be send to the payer once payment is made and collected. - Form needs to be user friendly and flexible for amendments/changes/adding logos/adding event names/etc. The ideal candidate will have: - Extensive experience with Jotform - Proficiency in integrating payment systems - A keen eye for user-friendly interface design - Excellent communication skills for understanding and implementing specific requirements and changes.
