Immediate task • Point our primary domain to HubSpot so we can begin using their marketing tools without downtime or broken links. Regular responsibilities • Schedule and verify core, theme and plugin updates, then run full backups. • Post occasional content changes and apply on-page SEO best practices. • Jump in quickly when a technical issue crops up—broken forms, layout glitches, slow load times, security alerts, etc. • Proactively monitor uptime and performance so patients always reach us. What I’m looking for I’m not comfortable making site edits myself, so I need someone who can explain options in plain language, act independently once we agree on a plan, and suggest improvements when you spot them. Familiarity with HubSpot settings, WP-CLI, popular backup solutions (e.g. UpdraftPlus) and security hardening is a plus.
