I run a service-based agency that handles brand management for a variety of clients. Right now I’m concentrating on the Brand and website design side of the business and I need a detail-oriented collaborator who can jump in on day-to-day assignments and keep projects moving smoothly. The immediate focus is brand identity work. Typical tasks you’ll tackle include: • Creating a comprehensive brand style guide that captures color palettes, typography, imagery guidelines, and logo usage rules • Developing each client’s brand voice and key messaging so that copy across websites, social channels, and ads feels cohesive • Designing the core brand visuals—logos, icon sets, color and font systems—ready for both print and digital use • Translating those elements into clean, conversion-focused web page layouts (wireframes or high-fidelity mockups in Figma, Adobe XD, or a similar tool) Most assignments will be light to moderate in scope—think building out the initial concept, refining feedback, and preparing final files for hand-off to developers or marketing teams. As new client requests roll in, I’ll brief you on the brand background, goals, and deadlines, and we’ll collaborate in Slack, Trello, or whatever workflow you prefer. If you’re comfortable with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, or Canva, and you have an eye for consistency and typography, you’ll fit right in. New designers who can show thoughtful samples are welcome; a keen sense of organization and a willingness to iterate quickly are more important than years of experience. When you reply, share: • A brief description of one brand identity you’ve crafted (or a practice project if you’re newer) • Which tools you prefer for style guides and web layouts • Your typical turnaround time for a logo set and style guide I’m ready to start assigning work as soon as I find the right partner.
