I need a clean, one-time lift of all our insurance workflow data from Trello into Zoho CRM. The source board will be delivered to you as the native Trello JSON export. Every card and list must come across, including the comments, file attachments, and all labels/tags. Inside many cards we store additional text fields and links; those details have to be captured as well. If it is technically possible to pull the Gmail conversation threads linked to each card via “cardbox” and attach them to the matching record, I’d like that included too. In Zoho the information should arrive as a single, comprehensive report—one consolidated module or view that lets me filter by the original list name or tag and open any related files or notes directly from the record. I will provide temporary admin access to a sandbox Zoho account so you can create the custom fields or import template you need. Deliverables • Full data import completed in the sandbox Zoho CRM and validated with me • A reusable import script or clear step-by-step documentation so I can repeat the process in production • Quick walkthrough call to confirm everything landed correctly (labels mapped, comments readable, attachments downloadable) Acceptance criteria: every Trello card appears once in Zoho, original list name is traceable, labels are visible as Zoho tags, comments display in chronological order, and at least 95 % of attachments open without error.
