I’d like a knowledgeable Microsoft 365 administrator to walk me through creating two professional mailboxes—each tied to a different domain I purchased on Squarespace. I don’t yet have an Office 365 subscription, so the job begins with advising me on the right plan, completing the purchase, and activating the tenant. During a live screen-sharing session (Zoom, Teams, or similar) you’ll guide me through: • Adding both Squarespace-hosted domains to Microsoft 365 • Publishing the required DNS records (MX, TXT/SPF, CNAME, DKIM) so mail flows correctly • Creating the two user accounts and confirming they can send and receive from the new addresses • Showing me where to manage passwords, aliases, and basic security settings afterward I’m undecided about granting direct Squarespace access, so please be comfortable either driving while I click or coaching me step-by-step. The engagement is complete when each mailbox passes an external mail test and no DNS health warnings remain in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
