We’re launching a SaaS platform on Odoo 19 Community using the Webkul SaaS Kit. Looking for a proven Odoo developer with real multi-tenant SaaS work samples. If you don’t have prior SaaS examples, please do not apply. We already have webkul kit and server ready. + +Scope of Work 1. Environment Setup & Webkul Install – finalize base install and configure multi-tenant SaaS kit. 2. Tenant Automation via Webkul – trials, billing, backups, monitoring, white-label UI, and plan-based provisioning. Basically get all plans setup properly. 3. Projects Upgrade – add image thumbnail as project header (keep task images separate). Under projects i need to be able to show an image of the project (not on tasks that is already there). Simple image upload to show in kanban. 4. Proof Approval Module – secure client link (no login) that records approvals, rejection or notes directly to Project. 5. iOS App Rebrand – rebuild from available open-source code, api (not a web wrapper) or however just needs to be code compliant to avoid any issues with Odoo. 6. Full Theme & Branding Overhaul – icons, UI, and code cleanup so nothing shows “Odoo.” Must be more than just change icons and color, we want it to look different so no one can just look and say this is odoo. 7. Community Enhancements – add OCA Accounting Kit and Enterprise-equivalent apps. 8. AI Help Desk & Chat – trained on Odoo docs and tickets per tenant to automatically help clients. 9. WordPress Front-End – connect ordering + documentation pages (top-level domain). 10. Global Announcements Module – push news/ads to all tenant dashboards. 11. Project Board View – Kanban stages (Ordering, Proofing, Prepress, Production, Completed, Permits, Installation/Shipping). There should be pre populated stages or templates that can be edited. • Auto-create from orders/invoices/quotes. • Drag-move with audit log and due-in counter. • Editable stage templates (no code).
