I need a cross-platform mobile app (iOS and Android) that streamlines day-to-day operations for my non-medical home care agency while keeping the interface simple and clean. The build must include email-and-password authentication, followed by an automatic verification email before a caregiver can proceed any further. Core workflow • Roles: Owner, Manager, Caregiver. Caregivers see only their own data; Owners all the time and Managers when enabled have full oversight. • New caregiver onboarding: name, email, phone captured, verification email dispatched, role assigned. • Scheduling: two-year calendar where caregivers view upcoming visits with client name and address. • Geo-fenced clock-in / clock-out tied to each visit. • Pay & time: caregivers view weekly timesheets, individual pay rates, and an automatic 1.5 % holiday-pay calculation. • Time-off requests submitted and tracked within the app. 30 days minimum to request off Communication & alerts • Two-way in-app messaging between caregivers and office staff. • SMS reminders 90, 60 and 30 minutes before each shift, plus texts when a shift is added, deleted or changed. Patient data • Digital charting completed at the end of every visit. • Family portal where relatives can log in and see only their loved one’s information—nothing else. Deliverables 1. Fully functional React Native (or similar) mobile app published to App Store & Google Play. 2. Secure back-end with REST or GraphQL API, role-based access control and encrypted data at rest. 3. Web admin dashboard for Owner and Manager roles. 4. Complete source code, database schema and deployment documentation. Acceptance criteria • All scheduling, messaging and geo-fencing features operate reliably under real-world tests. • SMS notifications are delivered on time via Twilio (or equivalent).
