Job Title Build a No-Code Property Investment Tracker Web App (Bubble.io) ⸻ Project Overview I’m looking for an experienced Bubble.io (no-code) developer to build the MVP version of a web-based Property Investment Tracker focused on the Australian real estate market. The app will allow users to: • Add properties to their portfolio • Automatically calculate key metrics (cash flow, equity, ROI, yield) • Display charts and forecasts over time • Export reports (PDF or CSV) • Manage subscription plans via Stripe The goal is to create a clean, simple MVP that I can launch publicly to test with real users. ⸻ Core Features (MVP Scope) 1. Forecast Tool • Simple calculator that shows estimated property value and equity after 5, 10, 20 years • Based on user input growth rate and rent increase percentage 6.
