I am looking for a no-code automation expert (WordPress + Airtable + Zapier) to create a smart real estate platform for new-build properties. Goal: fully automated system — no manual posting, no manual replying, no manual matching. DATA → I provide an Excel with properties (photos, price, city, typology, delivery, status). You will create a standardized Airtable database to host these listings and allow onboarding of multiple real estate developers in the future. The structure must be generic and reusable (no one-developer custom fields). WEBSITE → WordPress with a dedicated Custom Post Type “New Properties”. Property pages must be auto-generated from Airtable: title, price, city, typology, description, photos, link. AUTOMATIONS → via Zapier only: Import Airtable → WordPress (create/update listings automatically). Lead capture: when someone fills a form → save lead in Airtable + send SMS via SMSChef + email + optional WhatsApp. Smart matching: user submits (budget, city, typology, profile) → Zapier filters Airtable → returns 3–6 matching properties via SMSChef / email / WhatsApp + link to schedule a visit. Bookings: integrate Zoho Calendar → automatic appointment creation + confirmations + reminders. Social publishing: when a property has publish = YES → auto post on Facebook, Instagram, Google My Business (and TikTok if possible). Key requirement: scalable & standardized. I must be able to plug several developers (A, B, C…) without rebuilding the system. Airtable is the core, WordPress is the front, Zapier drives automation. Only apply if you have real experience with Zapier + Airtable + WordPress + API automations. No manual workflows, no basic WordPress only.
