Hello, We are a limousine service looking for an experienced n8n developer to join our team (or train a team member) and help automate our operations and integrate all our services. What we need: - Design and build n8n workflows to automate dispatch, booking, confirmations, invoicing, driver allocation, and reporting. - Integrate APIs and services we use (booking platform(s), CRM, Google Calendar, SMS/WhatsApp gateways, payment provider, GPS/tracking, accounting, email, spreadsheets). - Create reliable error handling, retries, logging, and monitoring for production workflows. - Document workflows, provide training, and handover knowledge so our staff can maintain and extend automations. - Advise on best practices, security (credentials, webhooks), and cost-effective architecture. Required skills: - Proven n8n experience (self-hosted and/or cloud) with real-world workflow examples. - Strong API experience (REST, Webhooks, OAuth), data transformation, and JSON handling. - Experience integrating SMS/WhatsApp gateways, payment APIs, calendars, and mapping/GPS services. - Basic knowledge of databases, Docker, and deployment/backup practices. - Clear communicator in English.
