Project Title: Doctor on Token: Multilingual Hospital Token Booking System Project Overview: The goal is to develop a user-friendly, multilingual mobile application to digitize the hospital token system. The platform must serve three primary user types: Patients, Hospital Receptionists, and a Super Admin. The core objective is to allow patients to book consultation tokens remotely, provide hospitals with a digital queue management tool, and give admins oversight of the entire platform. The design must be extremely simple and intuitive, prioritizing accessibility for users in Tier 2 and 3 cities with varying levels of tech literacy. Key Features by User Role: 1. Patient Mobile App (iOS & Android): Authentication: Secure, passwordless login using a phone number and OTP verification. Multilingual Interface: The entire app must be available in English, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada. Booking Flow: Users can search/filter hospitals and doctors, select a convenient time slot, and book a token. Payment Integration: Seamless in-app payments using a popular Indian payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay) supporting UPI, cards, and wallets. Token Management: View current, upcoming, and previous tokens with details (time, doctor, status). Receive real-time status updates. Profile Management: Users can create and manage profiles for family members to book tokens on their behalf. 2. Hospital/Receptionist App & Dashboard: Queue Management: A real-time view of the current token, served tokens, and the upcoming queue. Availability Control: Receptionists can set and update doctor availability, timings, and the maximum number of tokens per day per doctor. Walk-in Tokens: Ability to generate tokens for walk-in patients and integrate them into the digital queue. Status Control: Functionality to pause a doctor's queue (for breaks) and mark tokens as completed or cancelled. 3. Admin Web Dashboard: Hospital Management: Onboard, verify, and activate/deactivate hospitals on the platform. Platform Analytics: View system-wide analytics, including total users, tokens booked, hospital performance, and revenue tracking.
