I need a single-page, responsive web layout that plugs straight into my existing Rails 8.0 platform for legal-ecommerce deliveries. The page must display right-to-left by default and switch seamlessly between Hebrew, Arabic, English, and Russian. Key goals • One dynamic page that detects the logged-in role—Carrier, Sender, Customer-Service, or Admin—and shows the correct personal dashboard. • Clean component structure so I can extend it later in Rails partials and Turbo/Hotwire. • Friendly UX on desktop, tablet, and mobile (Bootstrap, Tailwind, or similar—your call). • Logo implementation and color palette already supplied. Functional notes – Each user should only see features that match the role (e.g., delivery lists for Carriers, shipment creation for Senders, ticket view for CS, high-level reports for Admin). – Navigation style is flexible; pitch the layout you believe works best. – Internationalisation files must be easy to maintain (YAML or JSON). – RTL/LTR toggle should happen without extra page reloads.
