App supports cart, checkout, wallet, multi-payment options, order tracking, and “Notify Me’’ for out-of-stock items. 2. Merchant Web Portal Merchants get onboarding with KYC, product and stock management, PO creation to manufacturers, GST invoices for customers, wallet and NBFC credit usage, shipping management (Porter express + standard), and performance dashboards. 3. Admin Super Dashboard Admin manages merchants, users, products, KYC approvals, pricing rules, NBFC settings, payment routing, refunds, disputes, and platform analytics including sales, credit usage, and merchant activity. 4. Customer Website SEO-optimized site with categories, product pages, blog, wallet access, order tracking, and marketing-friendly structure. 5. Key Integrations NBFC Credit: Users/wholesalers undergo KYC; approved credit reflects in wallet and is auto-deducted during purchases.
