Deliverables I expect: • Native or cross-platform mobile apps for iOS and Android (user + provider views). • Web-based admin dashboard. • Clean, well-documented REST or GraphQL API. • Source code, build instructions, and basic test cases. Acceptance criteria: 1. A user can register, pick any of the three service types, see real-time provider availability, and complete a paid booking without leaving the app. 2. Providers receive the request instantly, can accept or reject, and their decision triggers immediate user notification. 3. Admin can view every transaction, modify service categories, and manually adjust commission percentages from the dashboard. 4. All personal and payment data travel only through secure, encrypted channels. Preferred tech stacks include Flutter or React Native for the apps, Node.js or Laravel for the backend, and Firebase or AWS for notifications—though I’m open to equivalent alternatives if you can justify the choice.
