A single conversational interface will soon handle all of our first-line customer support, and it has to feel natural whether someone is speaking through a browser, our mobile app, or a smart device tied to Zoho, Zapier, or WordPress. The core skills I need built into the agent are: • Customer-support dialogue with voice input/output • Scheduling & reminders tied to user calendars • Fast information lookup from our existing knowledge base and external APIs • Home-automation style commands routed through our third-party integrations The voice layer should recognise intent, manage context over multi-turn conversations, and reply with clear, human-sounding TTS. Latency must be low enough for real-time hand-off if a live agent is required. Deliverables will be: 1. A working prototype running on Web and iOS/Android (native or React Native wrapper is fine) 2. Integration hooks for Zoho CRM, Zapier workflows, and WordPress sites 3. Well-documented dialogue flow and training data 4. Deployment guide and hand-off session Hand-coded solutions, Dialogflow CX, Rasa, or similar frameworks are all acceptable so long as the final agent meets the points above and can be self-hosted or ported later without vendor lock-in.
