My priorities are clear: • Real-time order tracking so patients always know where their medication is. • Automated prescription verification to minimise human error and speed up fulfilment. • A built-in customer-support chat that routes questions to the right pharmacy agent instantly. A single code-base is welcome if it keeps maintenance simple, but I’m open to separate native builds provided the user experience feels identical across platforms. Clean architecture, encrypted data at rest and in transit, and an admin dashboard that lets me add pharmacies, set delivery zones and view analytics are all part of the brief.
