We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft Power Platform developer (freelancer) to build a lightweight business app that records client referrals, manages an approval process, and calculates referral commissions. The goal is to digitise and automate our manual referral tracking process using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate, with data stored in Dataverse (or SharePoint list, if simpler). Core Requirements Functional scope: A simple front-end form (Power Apps) for staff to record new referrals. Automated status tracking: Submitted → Under Review → Approved → Paid. Approval workflow (Power Automate) with notifications to approvers. Automatic commission calculation once referral is approved (based on set rules or % rate). Dashboard or report for users to view their referrals, approval status, and commissions. Role-based access: Referrers, Approvers, and Admins. Optional: Power BI dashboard integration for summary analytics. Data model (suggested): Tables: Referrals, Users, Approval Stages, Commission Records. Simple relationships; stored in Dataverse or SharePoint depending on licensing. Expected deliverables: Power Apps front-end (Canvas or Model-driven).
