I already have the basic design for a cosy mountain cabin, but the drawings need to be re-worked so they sit comfortably on my steep-slope plot and suit weekend recreational living. Scope of the adaptation • Foundation & structure – re-engineer footings, supports, and drainage for a steep site while meeting local code • Interior layout – tweak room positions, circulation, and window placement for better views and natural light • Exterior appearance – adjust roof pitch, cladding, and deck geometry so the cabin blends with the terrain and looks balanced from every angle What I’d like to receive • Full set of architectural drawings (plans, sections, elevations) showing the revised foundation and structural details • Updated interior layout with furniture suggestions and dimensions • Exterior elevations, material schedule, and colour palette • 3D model and a handful of high-resolution renders so I can visualise the result before construction • Final deliverables in PDF and original source file format (Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, or similar) I will provide the original cabin plans, a topographic survey of the plot, and any code references you might need. Please let me know your preferred software, estimated turnaround time, and any comparable hillside work you’ve completed.
