Scope • Build the core CRM: lead capture, deal stages, contact records and simple dashboards. • Create project-management boards for both client work and our own internal initiatives. • Design smart automations that replace the repetitive clicks we do today—status hand-offs, task reminders, and notifications. • Import our existing data from Asana so nothing is lost in the transition. • Configure views for client management, sales tracking and day-to-day task flow. • Walk me through the setup afterward so I can maintain it without outside help.
