Scope for this phase is intentionally lean so I can move fast on execution: • Mood board for each room showing colours, textures, and reference imagery • Simple top-view layout with sizing notes for key furniture pieces and rugs • Curated shopping list (furniture, décor, lighting) that’s easy to source online or locally • Brief lighting concept outlining fixture styles that suit the modern theme PDFs or high-resolution images are fine; no detailed CAD is required yet.
