Modern Resort Room Interior Design

I’m refreshing one of our resort guest rooms and want it to feel effortlessly modern, using a calm palette of neutral tones and furniture that prioritises comfort. I have floor plans, measurements, and site photos ready to share the moment we kick off. Here’s what I’m expecting: • Concept package – mood board and colour story that shows how the neutrals flow across walls, flooring, soft furnishings, and décor. • Scaled layout – annotated plan (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) illustrating traffic flow and optimal furniture placement. • 3D visuals or high-quality renderings so I can present the look to stakeholders. • Furniture and finishes schedule focused on comfort-driven pieces: sofa-beds, upholstered chairs, plush area rugs, layered lighting, and accessories that tie everything together. Product links or specifications are a plus. • Simple material list with paint codes, fabric references, and suggested alternatives in case something is out of stock locally. Once the final design is approved I’ll need source files so our build team can move straight into procurement and fit-out. Let me know which software you prefer, any past resort or hotel work you’ve done, and the timeline you’d propose.
