I’m updating my home and need a fresh, modern false-ceiling concept that ties the living room, bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom together. The walls and furniture are staying, so the ceiling has to add character, conceal services and carry integrated LED lighting without eating up too much headroom. Here’s what I’d like from you: • Two distinct modern layout concepts covering all four rooms, with a clearly marked reflected ceiling plan for each. • One selected option developed into full construction drawings: dimensions, levels, cut-outs, lighting fixture schedule and material specs (gypsum/POP preferred, but I’m open to other readily available finishes). • 3D views or renders that show how the coves, recesses and light washes will actually look on site. • Final files delivered as PDF plus editable CAD (DWG/DXF or similar). I’ll supply current floor plans, site photos and exact measurements once we start.
