Key Requirements: - Modern architectural design - Primary function: Entertainment space - Amenities: Bar area, lounge seating, bathroom, golf simulator Ideal Skills and Experience: - Strong portfolio in modern pool house designs - Experience with integrating golf simulators into residential spaces - Knowledge of Virginia building codes and regulations - Excellent spatial planning for entertainment areas -rooftop patio Big doors -we would like to partially remove the fence with the pool house sitting back a bit.
