I have a complete building plan for a single-family home and I need it translated into a polished, cinematic 3D video. The walkthrough must flow naturally through the living room, kitchen and bedroom—essentially giving a seamless tour of the whole house—while clearly displaying measurements pulled directly from the drawings. The interior style is modern: clean lines, minimal detailing and a monochromatic palette of whites, greys and blacks. Please keep every fixture, finish and piece of furniture consistent with that look so the design story feels coherent from one space to the next. Camera movement should be smooth, the lighting realistic (daylight with subtle accent lighting works best), and the final render 1080p or higher. Dimension call-outs can appear as tasteful overlays or subtle pop-ups but must be accurate to the millimetre. Deliverables • MP4 (or MOV) walkthrough, 1–2 minutes, 1080p+ • Source 3D model and texture files I’ll supply the architectural PDF and any clarifying sketches as soon as we start.
