Scope • Develop a full architectural layout in 3D, including floor plans, elevations and cross-sections. • Integrate structural, electrical and plumbing placeholders so local engineers can sign off quickly. • Produce high-resolution renders plus an editable model (Revit, AutoCAD or SketchUp are all fine; let me know your preference). • Provide a layered PDF blueprint set suitable for permitting. Acceptance The deliverable is approved once the model matches the agreed room counts and dimensions, renders are photo-real, and all files open error-free in the stated software.
