The brief – Residential project covering three key areas: living room, bedroom and kitchen. – A clean, modern aesthetic—think streamlined forms, balanced textures and a light, airy palette—should run consistently through every space while still allowing each room its own personality and function. What you will deliver 1. Concept mood boards that pin down colour schemes, finishes and overall vibe. 2. Scaled furniture layout plans with circulation considered. 3. Lighting and electrical layout suggestions. 4. 3-D visualisations or photorealistic renderings so I can “walk through” the proposal before committing. 5. A shopping/spec sheet listing furniture, fixtures, fabrics and décor (with links or model numbers) available in mainstream markets or online. Workflow & collaboration I’m comfortable working entirely online. Once we kick off, I’ll share detailed dimensions, inspiration images and budget limits for each room. Revisions are expected after the first concept round; two feedback cycles should be enough if the core direction is on point. Files can be handed over in SketchUp, AutoCAD or any other widely used format you prefer, plus PDFs for easy reference. Acceptance criteria • All deliverables arrive in the agreed formats and are fully editable. • Measurements match the plans I supply with no scale errors. • The design language is consistently modern across all three spaces. • Final spec list items are purchasable in my region or online.
