I’m refreshing the façade of my building and need a skilled architect to craft a clean, modern front-elevation design rendered in neutral tones. I’ll rely on you to translate dimensions, site photos, and a short brief about materials into a detailed elevation that includes both a presentation–ready render and the technical drawings my contractor can build from. Please show at least one example of past front-elevation work in a modern style so I can understand your approach. If you prefer working in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or another tool, just note it—file format isn’t critical as long as I receive both high-resolution images (JPEG/PNG) and editable source files. Deliverables I must receive to approve the job: • A high-resolution colored elevation emphasizing neutral shades. • The corresponding CAD file (DWG, RVT, or SKP) with layers clearly labeled. • A concise material and finish legend so my builder can match textures on site. Once I have those three items, along with any minor revisions we discuss, the project will be complete. Looking forward to seeing your portfolio pieces that prove you can give my building the sharp modern face it deserves.
