The space will include the seating area, counter and bar, restrooms—essentially everything within the tenant envelope—so I’m after a coordinated package that can move straight into permit submission and construction. Please follow local code requirements, show all critical clearances, and keep the graphics clean and professional. If you have coffee-shop experience, let me know; otherwise, samples of similar retail work are perfect. I already hired an interior designer who made the floor plan, but probably isn't up to code, so I need someone to make sure everything is up to code and the drawings need to be stamped by a Texas licensed architect.
