The task is straightforward: translate my drawings into a clean, photorealistic exterior model that highlights sweeping glass panels and sleek concrete volumes, captures accurate proportions, and sits naturally in its surroundings (lighting, shadows, and basic landscaping). I’ll rely on your eye for contemporary detail and your mastery of tools such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray or similar to achieve that crisp, magazine-worthy finish. Deliverables I need: • A fully editable 3D model of the exterior • High-resolution rendered images from at least two key perspectives (day and dusk) • One round of minor revisions after initial review to fine-tune materials, textures, or lighting Everything you require for dimensions and layout is already in the drawings I’ll supply immediately after kickoff, so you can dive straight into modelling.
