From that base file you will create two to three alternative façades, each rendered in high resolution so I can compare and choose the final look. What I expect from you: • Model the elevation faithfully to the given plan, then reinterpret it in a clean-lined, modern language. • Supply colour palettes, suggested exterior materials, and basic lighting concepts for each variation so I can visualise daytime and evening appeal. • Deliver final still renders (JPG/PNG) plus the editable source files—SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, or any mainstream CAD/CG format you are comfortable with. Once I select the winning option, a brief round of tweaks may be required to fine-tune proportions or finishes.
