I would need architectural plans for a three-car parking structure that seamlessly incorporates a compact wood-working shop. The overall look must be clean, contemporary, and in harmony with a modern home. Concrete is my preferred primary material for both durability and aesthetics, even though I’m open to tasteful secondary accents if needed. I the attachments I have placed the adjacent structure and layout need. • In Layout I have provided an aerial view of where I want the parking structure. Use estimate from sizes of car to get sample measurements. I don't have exact measurements yet of location and can't measure as I am not onsite. • I have attached photo called site where you can see ground view of the site and the adjacent structure. Inside the workshop I will need: • Built-in storage shelves positioned for easy reach • Sturdy workbenches that can handle heavy power-tool use • Ample, well-distributed power outlets for saws, sanders, and chargers Please include in your proposal: • Concept sketches illustrating massing and façade treatments • Scaled floor plan showing vehicle bays, shop area, and circulation • Elevations, roof plan, and at least two building sections • 3D renders (exterior and interior) that convey material finishes and lighting • A concise material schedule specifying concrete mix, finishes, and any accent elements I’ll review drawings in PDF and source format (DWG or Revit preferred) and would like one revision round after the first draft to fine-tune layout or detailing.
