I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant to handle real-time customer service chat inside my mobile app. Your main responsibility will be to greet users, troubleshoot common account or purchase questions, and escalate more complex issues through the internal ticketing form. Key points • Respond to every incoming message within two minutes during the agreed-upon shift. • Follow the FAQ and response templates I provide, yet keep the tone friendly and conversational. • Log each resolved conversation in a simple Google Sheet so I can review volume and recurring topics. • Flag bugs or high-priority complaints in a separate sheet and ping me on Slack for immediate action. • Summarise daily activity at the end of each shift (chat count, average response time, unresolved cases). The chat tool is already embedded in the iOS and Android builds; you’ll access it through the browser-based dashboard, so no coding is required. Familiarity with Zendesk Chat or Intercom is a plus, but any solid customer-service background will work if you learn quickly. Strong written English, patience, and an eye for detail are essential, as is the ability to work independently without constant supervision.
