I’m looking for a developer who can hand-code a clean, minimalist single webpage that serves a purely informational purpose. The entire page must be built with plain HTML5, CSS3, and vanilla JavaScript—no external frameworks or site builders. Key goals • Present information clearly in a modern, clutter-free layout that loads fast on desktop and mobile. • Follow a minimalistic design aesthetic: plenty of white space, consistent typography, and subtle interactions only where they add clarity. Scope • One responsive page coded from scratch. • Semantic HTML structure (header, main, footer, etc.). • Lightweight CSS for layout, color, and typography. • Small JavaScript enhancements (e.g., smooth scrolling, basic toggles) while keeping the site functional if JS is disabled. Deliverables • index.html, style.css, script.js. • Well-commented code so I can update text or colors on my own. • A brief README with setup and deployment steps.
