I already have a 2-D floor plan and now need it brought to life as a clean, modern 3-D model. The look I’m after is strictly minimalist—think uncluttered lines, neutral tones, and functional elegance. Scope • Model only four key spaces: living room, kitchen, and bedroom staircases and toilet bathroom • Produce a handful of high-resolution still renders that clearly show layout, finishes, and lighting. • Create one short video walkthrough (≈30–60 seconds) that flows naturally through those rooms. What I’ll provide • The floor-plan PDF with measurements. • A quick note on preferred color palette and any must-include furniture pieces. Deliverables I expect 1. The editable 3-D source file (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Blender, or similar). 2. 3–5 HD perspective renders. 3. The final MP4 walkthrough video. Please attach examples of past work showing comparable interior models or animations. That’s the only credential I need to shortlist you.
