Here’s what I’m after: • False-ceiling layouts in gypsum, including lighting positions, bulkhead details and service access points. • Matching interior wall concepts that stay true to the same minimalist aesthetic—palette suggestions, texture/finish specs and any subtle feature elements that tie the three rooms together. • Scaled drawings and 3D visualisations so I can see how everything flows before installation. I’ll provide existing room dimensions, photos and fixture locations the moment we start. Final files should be delivered in editable CAD (DWG) plus high-resolution renders (JPEG/PNG) and a brief material specification sheet. Designs will be considered complete once each room’s plan, section and render align with the agreed minimalist mood board and all gypsum ceiling details are installation-ready.
