Migrate Brevo/WP Contacts to Shopify

I have two active sources of contact data—Brevo and a WordPress site—and I need every record moved cleanly into Shopify. The scope covers both customers and newsletter subscribers. Once in Shopify, I want them maintained as two distinct lists so that customer-only messaging and subscriber-only campaigns remain easy to manage. Beyond basic name and email, each contact carries extra information captured in Brevo and various WordPress plugins (custom fields such as signup source, marketing preferences, and a few bespoke tags). Those fields must travel with the record and appear in Shopify, either mapped to existing properties or created as metafields if required. I will provide API keys and CSV exports if that speeds up the work; you are free to connect directly via Brevo and WordPress REST APIs, or stage the data in spreadsheets first—whichever delivers the most reliable import. The end result I expect is: • Two separate, correctly populated Shopify lists (customers vs. subscribers). • Every custom field visible and usable inside Shopify. • A short hand-off note outlining the steps you took so I can replicate the process later if needed. If you’ve handled cross-platform contact migrations before—especially involving Brevo, WooCommerce tables, or Shopify’s import tools—please let me know your approach and timeline.
