I'm preparing my architecture thesis on a Mental Health & Wellness Campus and I need a complete design package produced as quickly as possible. The scope covers every drawing and document normally required for an end-to-end academic submission, from the first concept right through to the final presentation sheets. Campus programme The site must knit together three key components I’ve already defined—residential buildings, dedicated therapy centres, and recreational facilities—so users can move fluidly between living, treatment, and leisure. I’m committed to a Traditional architectural language; think timeless massing, human-scaled courtyards, pitched roofs and locally influenced materials that evoke calm and familiarity. What I need from you • Master plan showing circulation, zoning and landscape strategy • Detailed floor plans, elevations and sections for each building type • At least two rendered perspectives plus one aerial view to communicate overall character • A short design narrative (2-3 pages) that links spatial choices to mental-health principles and justifies the traditional aesthetic • Print-ready layout sheets for thesis submission (InDesign or equivalent) Preferred tools are AutoCAD or Revit for the technical drawings, SketchUp or similar for massing, and Lumion/Enscape for renders, but I’m open so long as the final files are editable. Timeline The project is urgent. I’d like to see a preliminary site concept within the first week, with the full drawing set and presentation boards delivered soon after so I have time for any last-minute refinements before submission.
