Mediorise needs a polished, production-ready mobile app that runs smoothly on both iOS and Android. The first release focuses on two core capabilities: • Secure user accounts and tiered memberships so clients can register, log in, and access subscriber-only marketing resources. • A built-in, real-time chat channel that lets members talk directly with our agents and support team without leaving the app. Feel free to work in Flutter, React Native, Kotlin/Swift—whichever stack delivers one codebase and meets App Store & Google Play guidelines. A scalable backend (Firebase, AWS, Supabase, or your own REST/GraphQL service) should handle authentication, chat persistence, and push notifications. Because we plan to layer in property listings and advanced search later, the code architecture must be modular and easy to extend. Deliverables • Complete source code with clear build instructions • TestFlight and Google Internal Test builds each sprint • Simple admin view or script to monitor users and conversations • Documentation and a short hand-off call covering deployment and future updates Acceptance criteria 1. A user can create an account, manage membership status, and sign in on both platforms. 2. Chat delivers text and images in real time and syncs across devices. 3. Apps pass App Store and Play Console review and go live under our Mediorise publisher accounts.
