I need a clean, responsive website that lets visitors book household help through a straightforward package-based flow. The core of the site is a booking system where users browse available service packages and lock in what they need; for now we’re launching with a single package—Full-time maid service—but the structure should let me add part-time or occasional options later without major rework. Here’s how the booking journey should feel: a guest lands on the site, chooses the Full-time Maid package, sees key details (duties covered, contract length, pricing tier), fills in basic household information, then submits the request. No calendar picking is required at this stage; selection revolves around the service bundle itself. Once submitted, the customer receives an on-screen and email confirmation while I get the request in an admin dashboard where I can approve, assign a helper, or ask follow-up questions. I’m comfortable with popular stacks such as WordPress with WooCommerce/Bookly, Laravel, or a lightweight React + Node solution—whatever you’re quickest with so long as the interface is intuitive and mobile-friendly. An admin panel, email notifications, and simple data exports (CSV) are must-haves; online payment can be phased in later, so just leave hooks or a plugin slot for that. Deliverables • Fully deployed website with booking system centered on Full-time Maid package • Admin dashboard for managing incoming bookings and updating package info • Email templates for client confirmation and internal alerts • Clear instructions or short video showing me how to add new packages down the line Hand-off isn’t complete until I can make a dummy booking end-to-end and view it in the dashboard. Let’s build something simple, fast, and ready to scale.
